I bought the Davit from you in early January '07, installed it in a couple of hours, and departed for a cruise to South Florida for a few weeks.
We are extremely pleased with the performance of the system. Loading our dinghy is not difficult and unloading it is a breeze….much easier and faster than any other system that I have seen. I actually spent more time securing the dinghy to the transom than loading or unloading but now that I have “hauled” our dinghy for 1000+ miles, I have streamlined the tie down system also. Every time we tie up next to a boat with a “tilt up” davit system….with motor removed….I am thankful that I found and bought yours!
